AFA’s February exhibition will feature work by Michael X Rose and Scott Mitchell Putesky.
Rose is self-described as a painter of doom, horror and doubt. His paintings have been quoted as “hyper-narrative, neo-Outsider and smart as a whip” by Paul Smart in Almanac Weekly. Putesky’s work is influenced by his interpretations of experiences and seeks to make a connection to the viewer.
The exhibition will run from February 5th through 28tht with and opening reception on Friday, February 6th beginning at 6 pm. AFA Gallery, 514 Lackawanna Ave, Scranton, is open Wednesday – Saturday 12 – 5pm. For more information email artistsforartgallery@gmail.com or call 570-969-1040.
