A heads up here on two new shows of my work this fall. At the West End Gallery in Corning, NY a show of new landscapes of the Finger Lakes opens tomorrow (Friday) from 5 to 8. This is a three-artists show with Bridgett Bossart Van Otterloo and Brian Hart. You may preview our work on the gallery web site at http://www.westendgallery.net/ This will be a great show with live music at the opening. The gallery is located in the heart of downtown Corning at 12 West Market St.
The second show features a group of nudes and figure paintings at the Orazio Salati Gallery in Binghamton. THis show is up now and continues until October 31, but the opening will be on first Friday, October 5. The Gallery is located in downtown Binghamton at 204 State Street. For Info call 607-760-9766.
Also I will be releasing a terrific and thorough instructional DVD- (3-disc) set on painting the nude. This is very comprehensive and covers the process of doing studies in oil an charcoal with explanations about perspective, color and historical influences.
