Russ Noto received his B.A. from Keystone College in 2009 and went on to persue his MFA at Savannah College of Art and Design. His work has recently shown in numerous group and solo exhibitions in Savannah, Georgia and Sag Harbor, New York. In 2009 Noto exhibited at the AFA Gallery for the Next Generation Show. He is back at the AFA Gallery for a solo exhibition entitled, Users.
Russ speaks of his current work, “My art addresses contemporary descent from nature. It reveals the distance from such and idolizes the figure within the space. The existence is meant to be absurd, sublime and most importantly artificial.”
