The Anthracite Heritage Museum and Iron Furnace Associates is looking for artists to carve pumpkins for Samhain Celtic Bonfire and Harvest Fest on Friday, Oct. 21, 2011 from 8:00-11:00 p.m. at the Historic Iron Furnaces. The event features a bonfire, mural painting and apple bobbing, food and beverages, music by the Tom Petty Appreciation Band. $50 Cash Prize and plaque will be given for judge’s and people’s choice for the best carved pumpkins.
