Senior art majors from Keystone College, located in La Plume, PA, will be hosting their senior art exhibition, “Side By Side”, on First Friday, April 1, 2011. The exhibition will mark the students’ completion of the four-year Bachelor of Visual Arts program and/or the Bachelor of Science Art Education program. The show will consist of a double opening, taking place at the AFA Gallery, 514 Lackawanna Avenue, Scranton, PA, and ArtWorks Gallery located at 503 Lackawanna Avenue, Scranton, PA.
Featured at the AFA Gallery will be a variety of work, including paintings by Karen Clark; sculptures by Adam Barndt, Sarah Keen, and Kalli Snodgrass; ceramics by Dana Gabel; photography by Lauren Sieg; graphic prints by Shawn Killian; book arts by Melissa Carestia; and digital media by Brandon Szuch. The opening reception will be held on First Friday, April 1st, from 5:30PM to 9:00 PM, and the exhibition will be on display through the month of April.
